Canvas Print, Sister Fill Up Your Cup: Health, Wealth and Caring for Thyself reflects an African-American Woman smiling while holding a cup overflowing with three colors. The two shades of green represents Health and Wealth while the purple stands for Caring for Thyself.  The Council on Concerns of Women Physicians’ logo is expressively designed and painted into the background. The purple leaf-like shapes and green represent royal Black Queens growing their community.  This painting was created and recorded live on canvases assembled in an abstract platform. While creating this piece, I was reminded of the Biblical description of abundance and overflow. African American female doctors hone the ability to balance Health, Wealth and caring for themselves through family and profession in a way that is super powerful.
